Jonathan ** was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Got Junk Removal was very responsive to my request for an estimate which I was not expecting due to it being over a holiday weekend. Price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend their services.

Zach and Dillon were hard working, professional, and on time. They did a great job and gave me a fair price. They went above and beyond in taking care of my needs for removal. They cleaned up completely when they were done. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I had a fantastic experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK! Their service was top-notch - professional, quick, and right on time. The team arrived promptly and efficiently removed all my unwanted item. Quick and same day service. I called and they came out. They were friendly. They negotiated a price and removed our old mattresses and box springs in the same day. Communication was good too. They called me many times to set up the pickup.

We called 1-800-Got-Junk around 10a.m. and was given an appointment that same day, between 5-7p.m. They arrived as scheduled, a few minutes after 5pm. Both men, Demitrus and Edudardo, were courteous and professional. They removed an upright piano and full size church organ, quickly. They were both cautious and no damage was done. If needed we would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

PRICES ARE BAIT AND SWITCH. They don't give quotes ahead of time and the website is misleading. When the wonderful guys come out to take your junk, they are responsible for giving you a totally jacked up price (in my case about $250) and what are you supposed to do? You need the stuff gone. This company should be penalized and I would like at least some of my money back. (Guys doing pickup were AWESOME.)

Very misleading in terms of pricing on their website. I got rid of a single item and it was almost $300, $268 to be exact. After we were told that it was going to be $75-$80. -10/10 would not recommend using their services. Way expensive and mixed up appointment information as well.

Patrick and his two handy men were excellent. My only issue was I felt the price of over 700$ for 20 minutes was pretty high. Only an elliptical was moved out of my house, maybe 10 feet to the truck. Other than that it was just picture frames, 4 small bags of clothes. A couple of lights, one TV. Again, they were here for only about 20-25 minutes…. 700+ is steep.

Folks picked up my piano same day I called. They were professional and courteous. However, upon exiting they tore wood off my entryway doorframe. I called repeatedly and they made no efforts to fix it. I have since contacted my credit card company to not pay for this charge.
